Products are supplied according to the technical specifications published in each item's data sheet. Suitability for any use not described in said data sheets is not guaranteed.
The buyer is responsible for verifying that the product specifications (dimensions, thickness, color, type of infill) match the installation project. Any modification after the order must be notified in writing before production begins.
Sportsynthesis is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect installation, inadequate maintenance, or use of the product under conditions not foreseen in the technical manual. The warranty covers manufacturing defects during the period indicated in the product data sheet, provided the recommended installation protocol has been followed.
