During the last meeting with the construction team in Córdoba, we reviewed the delivery deadlines for the polyurethane base layer of a 400-meter track. The decision to use a modular system instead of in-situ pouring arose when comparing curing times and the availability of skilled labor in the region. The minutes include observations on substrate preparation and the leveling tolerances required by the IRAM 11500 standard.

The first week of installing the GreenMatch Pro synthetic turf at the club in San Miguel de Tucumán provided several practical lessons. The team faced a two-day delay due to rain, but the integrated drainage system allowed work to resume without needing to pump out standing water. We also adjusted the compaction of the silica sand infill after noticing a slight undulation in the penalty area. The report details each adjustment and the actual time spent per square meter.

The initial review of the FlexiCourt coating on the basketball court at the Rosario sports complex revealed two critical points: adhesion to existing asphalt and the coefficient of friction in the three-point area. We decided to increase the thickness of the intermediate acrylic resin layer from 2 mm to 3 mm and apply additional texturing in the three-point line area. Subsequent laboratory tests confirmed an 18% improvement in slip resistance without affecting the ball bounce.
