Maintenance is minimal: monthly brushing to redistribute the rubber infill, cleaning leaves and debris with a blower, and an annual joint inspection. It does not require watering or painting. The warranty covers 8 years without deformation.

How long does it take to install a GreenMatch Pro synthetic turf field?

The complete installation of an 11-a-side football field (105×68 m) takes between 10 and 14 business days, including site preparation, laying the elastic base, installing the turf, and fixing the lines. The curing time is 24 hours.

Can FlexiCourt coating be applied over existing asphalt?

Yes, FlexiCourt is designed to be applied over concrete or asphalt in good condition. It only requires deep cleaning and repair of cracks larger than 3 mm. The 5 mm recycled rubber base layer levels out small irregularities.
